The projects listed here are those that have received all their statutory approvals. These are, where appropriate, Planning Approvals, Listed Building Consents, Conservation Area Consents, Building Control Regulations Approvals. Once that paperwork has been approved by the local planning authority, Conservation Officers and Building Control Officers, building work can start.

For example; the main construction contract (including design by the contractor), demolition, ground works etc. All are broken into a series of works packages with its own design drawings and specifications..
Whether the work is being carried out by a small builder, a principal contractor or an individual self-employed worker our work involvement can continue on site if required.
