Active Downsizers: Loves Hill Court

Welcome to Loves Hill Court –  A Unique Community for Active Downsizers –  a collection of 11 homes in Timsbury, on the outskirts of Bath.

O2i Design’s team secured Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval within the Bath and North East Somerset Council (BANES) jurisdiction for the full scheme of eleven dwellings.

A key component of the design strategy was to support active and healthy later living. Shared facilities, including a gym, spa, and swimming pool, were incorporated to encourage wellbeing, social interaction, and a strong sense of community among residents. The resulting development balances individual autonomy with communal amenities, delivering a residential environment specifically suited to modern downsizers seeking both comfort and connection.
