Two New-build Eco Homes

Langport, Somerset

Discover two newly constructed eco homes near Langport. In close collaboration with the clients, the O2i Design team successfully designed and obtained planning permission through extensive negotiations with the local council.

These eco homes prioritise sustainability, boasting reduced carbon footprints and lower operational expenses. Collaborating closely with clients, we tailored the house designs to meet specific needs while ensuring affordability.

Although the exteriors of the two houses are nearly identical, each dwelling offers a unique internal layout tailored to accommodate different family requirements. Construction progressed simultaneously on both properties, with trades seamlessly transitioning between homes.

The project began in 2014; and the principal contractor completed the project by July 2015.
