O2i Design came up with some really clever and imaginative ideas for our listed house which weren’t just sympathetic to its existing architecture but which genuinely enhanced it. The integrity of their designs, as well as a strong and constructive relationship with the local planners, helped us get the green light for all the changes we wanted to make, which included completely reconfiguring a hall and utility room, moving a staircase, converting a garage into a bedroom and creating two new bathrooms, while also refurbishing the rest of the house. Throughout the project, O2i’s friendly and practical advice was invaluable. The team were extremely patient and always made time to answer our many questions. We are delighted with the end result and, being gluttons for punishment, we have now embarked on building a large studio in the garden. We had no hesitation in asking O2i to design that, too, and it’s looking great.
